• Any member providing a portion or any information that is untrue, inaccurate, is not current, incomplete or if Aaaoe.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, is not current or incomplete, B2BAutoParts has the right to suspend or terminate such Member's registration and refuse any and all current or future use of the service or any other services that may be provided by B2BAutoParts.

Indemnity

• You agree to indemnify and hold B2BAutoParts, its parent or subsidiary companies and their member or affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents free from any and all liabilities, including claims and expenses, and reasonable attorneys fees, arising from breach of this agreement and any other policy.
