Our factory is located in famous township of mould Huangyan Xicheng Industrial Park. Founded in the year 1994, specializing in designing and making punching piece mould of automobile body, testing tool mould and metal piece mould for household electrical equipment, it is a member unit of Chinese Mould Association. It passed ISO9001 quality certification in December 2000, then in October 2004, it passed mould (testing tool) supplier evaluation of SVW and SGM, and was selected as fixed mould (testing tool) supplier for the country. It covers an area of 8000M2, including 6000M2 of workshop. And it has a fixed asset of 25 million Yuan, possesses 7 sets of numerical controlled machining equipments, 1 set of CMM measuring machine , over 60 sets of other machining and mould testing equipments. There are more than 200 staffs, including 30 middle and high-class technicians, 26 designers. The punching craft analyze adopts three-dimensional metal piece punching computer simulation analyze system of France ESI Company, at the same time, mould design and making procedures are finished with the help of CAD/CAM.
