Lighten Composite Co., Ltd. is one of the few companies that manufacture composite helmets for motorcyclists and professional racers. By using new technology from composite material and a different molding process into motorcycle helmet design, we can make a helmet stronger, lighter, and most importantly reduce impact damage to a motorcyclist. Plastic helmets (a.k.a. ABS helmets) are no longer a very competitive product in the market due to its heavy weight and less protection capability. For over years, we have gone through so many technology cooperation and difficulties to come out with new design motorcycle helmets. The Lighten Composite factory is a 12,000 m2 property, staffed by many skilled technicians, each dedicated to crafting the world’s best protective headgear. Almost every operation needed to create world-class helmets is located on this one amazing facility, including both composite shell molding, EPS liner assembling, liner sewing, decaling, clean room painting, drying rooms, assembly, packaging and shipping. Our factory and facilities have a maximum production capacity for 40,000 composite molding helmets in our monthly production. It has been a great journey and adventure in the composite industry.
